Alright I’m totally ready to lose weight. I’ve had it up to here being that beautiful chubby girl and “oh she’d be so much prettier if she was just thin” (I guess you can’t see where HERE is, but it’s pretty far up there & I’ve had enough of it)! I just want to be Healthy and live a Healthy lifestyle so when me and my fiancé have kids we can teach them how to eat properly- The eating bad cycle needs to stop with me.
I’m so excited Spring is here and I’m ready to get off my lazy butt and get moving & exercising. I don’t want to waste any pretty days sitting inside on the couch! I know this won’t be an easy task, but I’m so totally ready for the challenge!!! My whole family has been struggling with their weight forever and if there’s ANYTHING I can do in my power to get them motivated- I WILL DO IT, because I want them to LIVE!!!

***I’M SO TIRED/ Motivation:***
Tired of always having to turn a certain way in pictures –
Tired of standing next to my skinny friends, making me look even bigger!!
Tired of cropping all my photos so I DON’T look that big (I really should become a photographer, because I’m getting awful good at this- LOL)
Tired of always being tired all the time and struggling with my sleep apnea issue (also my thyroid problem doesn’t help matters)
Tired of binge eating when I’m sad or upset or just plan bored!
Tired of eating that nasty food at the drive thru pretending to ease my pain, because in all actuality it’s going to clog my arteries and put me in an early grave (pretty scared of this).

My Goals:
Exercise Everyday No matter What!
My little Goals are:
- STOP eating Junk Food and Fast Food
- Drink at least 5-8 glasses of water per day
- Take the stairs whenever possible and park as far away as possible
- OVER ALL GOAL is to lose 50 pounds! (I'll start there) and to try on some wedding dresses ;))

My Program:
My programs Starts with my wonderful Other half- who is my Biggest fan & supporter. He's always there when I need him!!!!
-I'm following all my goals above (drinking water/ no junk food or fast food/ Walking Everday or playing my "Just Dance 3 wii Game)
- For my eating plan I'm starting off small- I'm limiting my fats and calories (I'll probably modify this later)

Updated on 1/14/13~ Atkins Diet and workout with Insanity - It's a lot of work, but I feel like I have more energy then I did in a long time and I lost weight in the process!!

    Thanks for checking out my page and for the questions. I am not an Insanity expert by any means; but, I can tell you how it's working for me.

    First of all, don't look for weight loss yet! I actually saw a 4 lb increase when I began and then I decided not to look at the scale or measure myself until I finished the first month. I think in the beginning most people do gain weight. What I can see now (near the end of week 4) are major changes in my abs, quads, calves, thighs, waist, bust, and upper arms. I'm losing inches all over the place! I can't wait until I measure and weigh in next Friday! I have promised myself I will not let the scale guide me through this. I will just trust in the workouts and eat as healthy as I can. I am not following the diet; but, I may re-assess mine and look more into theirs after the end of January if I'm not dropping the weight. I'm following my own plan: I eat healthy foods (fish, chicken, pork, fruits, veggies, etc) 80% of the time. The other 20% allows me a little option to have a goodie now and then. I am concerned that on the Spark plan I may not be eating enough calories with this workout plan so I will definitely be re-looking at that next weekened as well.

    All I can say is this: Insanity is hard; but, I beleive it's going to give me the results I want! I will not give up; and, I will make sure I do the program every single day for the first 60 days just as it's laid out. Some days it's been really hard to come home from work and make myself do it; but, I refuse to allow myself any wiggle room. I come home and immediately go to my room and change into my workout clothes. The I push play! I love these workouts and I love the changes I am seeing in my body! My husband comments every day that he cannot believe how much my body is changing.

    Hang in there, keep doing the program and giving it everything you have, and I'm sure you will see the results too!
