When asked what the greatest commandment in all of life is, Jesus Christ said, "Hear, O Israel, the Lord your God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" (Mark 12:28-34). When we seek our Creator above all other things, and submit our lives to him, everything else has a way of falling in place.

So I'm seeking to live a more healthy lifestyle but that's not the main thing that's on my mind. The main thing that's on my mind is loving the Lord my God by being a good steward of this body he's so graciously given me. May he be glorified in my quest for health and yours!

    Welcome to Spark!

I hope that you find all of the tools and support to get you down below 200. I've never been 'normal' sized my entire life, so I can relate. It makes no difference to this community whether you need to lose 15 or 300 pounds. Everyone is welcome.

    Best wishes!
