Death to Muffin Tops!
When I joined sparkpeople in April 2010, I was focused on my weight loss goal. Once I got there I realized that I still had a long way to go. I'm so pleased to have lost the weight, but now I want to focus on improving my fitness. I've completed three 5k events (best time 29:09 on 8/14/11); I'm a beginning ballerina at age 40; and I do yoga at home most nights of the week. Also, I eliminated meat and dairy from my diet which has boosted my weight loss, energy level, and mood. I love SP!
