8/9/12: My goal is to lose the weight I've gained back since losing it the first time! I am currently at about 170. I am working to get back to 155. Would like to reach this weight by October 31, 2012 - Halloween! I plan to workout 6 days/week and track my food. Last time I lost the weight I created a goal poster and it really worked- I plan on making another one of these.
Mini goal is to track my food and log into SP daily.

2/3/12: I had met my goal weight of 155 and stayed there consistently until I quit taking a migraine medication- I am gradually gaining weight (up 10 lbs in the past few months). My goal is to get back to 155. It's proving to be very challenging.

5/17/10: Well, it's halfway through May and I'm still in the 170s. However, I did run my first 5k! And second one too! My times were 31:24 and 30:03 which I am very proud of and excited to beat in upcoming races! I'm setting new goals... track my food on paper every day and input the days that i think I may have gone over (at least). Also, I'd like to be under 170 by .... July 1. And long term: be ready to run a 10k by 2011.

2/19/10: I met my second mini goal to be under 180 on time. My current goal is to be under 170 by April 15. I'm also going to stretch daily to be able to do the splits again.

12/20/09: I have met my first mini goal to be under 190, and I did it half a month sooner than I expected! My next goal is to be under 180 by Feb 1.

My first mini goal is to get below 190 lbs by Dec 31. GOAL MET 12/10

New Goal: weight less than 180 by Feb 1. GOAL MET 2/1/10

New Goal: weigh under 170 by July 1. GOAL MET 10/1/10

2/12 I met my goal weight of 155, however in the past few months have gained back 10 lbs after coming off a medication- goal: get back to 155!

Go to the gym at least 4 days/wk (including weightlifting and cardio machines)
