This is the best feeling in the world!!!

No fast food!!!
No Snacking after 7 p.m. and only healthy snacks!
Drink more green tea!
My Program:
Eating healthier, logging my calories, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Eating lots of veggies and fruits. Cardio 3 times a week and strength training twice per week. I love Leslie Sansone and Jessica Smith walk videos!!
Personal Information:
Commercial Insurance Agent for over 13 years with a PWCAM designation. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren, 1 spoiled beautiful miniature poodle named Jagger and a loving fiance. I have lost over 100 pounds since 2009 and recently gained back 40 but I am back on track with the help of Sparkpeople. I put God first in everything I do and I live by one motto....Without God and family, I am NOTHING!!!
Other Information:
I am loving SparkPeople, this is the first time without diet pills or diet gimmicks I have actually lost over 103 lbs. It is a feeling that is indescribable, and that is because this is not a diet. I have finally figured out that a healthy lifestyle is so much better than the alternative. Thank you Sparkpeople for keeping me motivated and loving this change in my life.
