Since 3/2007 I've lost 30 pounds. Trying for the next 25!

Check me out in All You Feb 2008 Magazine (Walmart only). I participated in a diet they hosted and won a trip to NYC for a photo shoot.

    Just noticed on the Dayton Ladies team that you said you live in Franklin! I live in Monroe. We're neighbors! I'm so impressed with your weight loss.

    And I used to go to TOPS many moons ago....38 years!! Had some great times wih buddies in TOPS and lost lots of weight but unfortunately not in a healthy way. Gained it all back and more...bad me.

    Anyhow...since then I've lost a lot and gained only half of it back...sigh.

    Re-losing that now.

    Keep going with your great weight loss.
