Teresa's weight loss


I am a happily married christian woman. My husband and I are joining this venture together. I am a mother of 3 and also raised our nephew from the age of 12. I am wheelchair bound. I was born with spina befita so I have limited exercise that I can do. This makes it more difficult for me to lose weight. Therefore, if any of you have any ideas for me or are in the same situation as me, I welcome any help you might be able to give me.

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight so I can be just a healthier person.

My Program:
 Trying to come up with some good cardio exercises I can do on a regular basis from my wheelchair. Right now, mainly doing strenghtening exercises.

My name is Teresa Millburg. I married my soulmate 19 years ago. We have 3 kids and one nephew that we helped raise. We also have 3 grandsons that are the light of our lives.
