I Will Get There One Day At A Time

I m a returning sparker.. from a few months back. I started this journey a few months ago around June and deleted my account because I had no time. I lost fifteen pounds and I am back to drop the last 25- 30. I need to make time for me and I CAN DO THIS! I have not gained any weight back, but I also have not lost anymore so lets get to it!

I am a mommy of two wonderful monkeys, my daughter just turned 6 (feb 11) and my son turned 3 (nov12) and I have been married for 7 years as of today (feb 13) to the worlds best man! I am also a college student about to start my junior year of college and preparing to become a special ed teacher.

I have always taken care of everyone and have completly let myself go. At my lightest I was 150 and I was happy with how I looked. I am trying to get down to 160-175 and I will be one happy camper.

I love to laugh and I love to make people laugh. I am a very sweet person and I will bend over backwards even for a complete stranger. Life is too short to carry around hatred and anger so smile and love yourself in whatever size of jeans you find yourself in :)

My Goals:
I want to learn how to lead a healthy life not just for me but for my children. I do not want my kids to suffer with weight as i have.

My Program:
Working out 3-4 times a week 40-45 minutes and staying active, especially on the days that I am not working out.

Here it is another 4th of July, in honor of our Country's INDEPENDENCE....

for Me it is also a reminder of how important each one of US, IS, Independantly ......
So I thought, I would Share with you a Song that I felt would be appropriate for this
