You know, it's one thing to "feel" that low carb lifestyles are healthy and make us feel better, but it's really empowering to have someone actually explain WHY they're healthy for us and make us feel better.
I'm pretty active at the Living Low Carb (Atkins and Other Plans) team if you're interested in checking it out. VERY helpful, active group, and not a lot of fanatacism, though LOTS of enthusiasm.

Bought Chia seeds a few days ago. I like it in yogurt and I've also just mixed it with water and let it stand for 10 minutes. It seems to help when I've got a workout planned. 3485 days ago
