Introduction Text Hi, my name is Shameka Filer and I want to change my life around. I just got engaged July 14, 2006 although I haven't set a date yet I still want to be a beautiful bride.

I would love to feel good in my body again. Get down to 130 lbs. like I was before I had my son. Be able to enjoy life with my fiancee. Stay motivated and stick with this program. Feel good about myself, and stop crying because i am miserable. Be a beautiful bride because I just got engage on July 14, 2006.

I want to stop drinking soda water, and eating unhealthy foods because they are there. Start exercising more. No late night snacking.
