I am a young woman who is going through many life changes and can't seem to have to many. I decided that I have to lose the extra weight and finally feel good about me again. I love to do many things and working out has always been one of them i just fell out of the habit.

My Goals:
My goals are a little out of the ordinary and a bit crazy i guess you could say....I want to lose a total of 55lbs so I can join the service. I have been a military spouse/girlfriend for 8 years and I am tired of watching my loved one leave and come home with a sense of accomplishment...I want that feeling. I hope to lose the weight by OCTOBER 2011 in a very healthy way.
My Program:
I am eating mainly fruits, veggies, lean meats and as close to natural as possible...cutting out processed foods and eating at home more.
I am working on adding consistent cardio into my workouts as well and strength training.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Washington state and am thinking of moving back home to good old Ohio. My baby is my Chihuahua P-Nut

I love to capture memories, and scrapbook, always trying to learn something new. So anything that you think may help just post it. Thanx
