I personally love the Supergreens. It costs $14.95 at Walmart. It has 14 servings in it so it's basically $1 a day. If you don't like it with water, add it to your favorite juice. However, I don't think the regular taste is bad. You can also add it to smoothies if you make them.

    Hi there ...

thank you for the comment on my blog. I have made afghans too and I love making them. It's all the fiddly ends you have to sew in after that I hate lol. I made them in granny squares .. so MANY ends!!!!
good luck on your journey ... I will check out the photo of your afghan

I used to feel like I needed a WHY to read or learn new things, but the older I get, the more I think the WHY is simply "because I enjoy it."

These days, if something strikes me as interesting, I let myself explore it--regardless of whether I think it'll ultimately serve any real "purpose" in my life.

Sure, I'd love to use my study of Italian for a trip to Italy, and occasionally, I DO have a chance to work some of the things I learn into something I write, but I try not to let myself feel like the time I spend exploring my many and varied interests is "wasted" time as much as I used to do.

I like to think of that time, instead, as very cheap therapy--doing things I enjoy helps keep me (at least reasonably) sane! :)

Where will the inches come off next, is kind of a mystery at this point. I'm an Apple shape so keep most of my weight on my stomach (always have) so I don't expect my leg measurements to change much until I lose a lot more. Regardless, it's carry on! Forward!

I may be mistaken about magnesium in Brazil nuts -- "mis-remembered"!! High in selenium, though, as you say: https://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/nu
