Time to jump back on the wagon! I've let things slip recently and have put on a few pounds again - just when I was doing so well. It's really frustrating. Especially when I know its no-one's fault but my own.

So I need some goals:

November goals

1. Lose 3 lbs - go from 149 to 146

2. Exercise for at least 30 mins 3 times a week

3. Stay within calorie range EVERY day

4. Eat AT LEAST 3 fruit/veg every day

My Goals:
I'm aiming to lose 21 lbs by summer.

I want to be able to confidently wear a bikini on holiday.

My Program:
Monday - spinning class
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - Pilates
Thursday - fitness dvd
Friday - strength training
Saturday - fitness dvd
Sunday - rest day

1200-1600 cals daily
8 glasses water a day
Aiming for at least 3 fruit and veg
No alcohol
Eat a good breakfast every morning

I have a wonderful boyfriend called Aaron who has been great in supporting me in my weight loss effort. I love him loads.

And above all, I'm a Christian who loves the Lord Jesus and seeks to follow and serve him for the rest of my life.
I mess up all the time, but by His grace I keep on trying.
His blessings are new every morning - He keeps all his promises, and will never leave me.
I can do all things through God who strengthens me.

    HEYYY!! How r u? It has been a long time! I have been thinking about u and I went to find ur page and for some reason u wernt on my friends list :( so i am glad that u left me a comment!

    I would LOVE to continue together! I have been doing AWFUL being healthy this week and have been on and off for the last 2months! So I need to KICK IT IN THE BUTT!! I know we can both get to our goal weights it is just a mind over matter!!
