Time to jump back on the wagon! I've let things slip recently and have put on a few pounds again - just when I was doing so well. It's really frustrating. Especially when I know its no-one's fault but my own.

So I need some goals:

November goals

1. Lose 3 lbs - go from 149 to 146

2. Exercise for at least 30 mins 3 times a week

3. Stay within calorie range EVERY day

4. Eat AT LEAST 3 fruit/veg every day

My Goals:
I'm aiming to lose 21 lbs by summer.

I want to be able to confidently wear a bikini on holiday.

My Program:
Monday - spinning class
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - Pilates
Thursday - fitness dvd
Friday - strength training
Saturday - fitness dvd
Sunday - rest day

1200-1600 cals daily
8 glasses water a day
Aiming for at least 3 fruit and veg
No alcohol
Eat a good breakfast every morning

I have a wonderful boyfriend called Aaron who has been great in supporting me in my weight loss effort. I love him loads.

And above all, I'm a Christian who loves the Lord Jesus and seeks to follow and serve him for the rest of my life.
I mess up all the time, but by His grace I keep on trying.
His blessings are new every morning - He keeps all his promises, and will never leave me.
I can do all things through God who strengthens me.

    Hey babe! Just wanted to see how you were doing.

    That's awesome that you are in the apprenticeship part. Working in a law office has taught me more than law school. Law school just prepares you how to think, not how to practice. yah know?

    I'm the same way as you. I can keep the workouts under check, but no so much the calories....i just love food too much (and wine)!

    If you need to vent or anything let me know. You really helped to encourage me and I would like to return the favor.

    Law School is going great. I've been extremely busy with it these last few weeks. I'm on the Trial Advocacy Board and we just had a national trial comp in DC this weekend, so I have been extremely busy with that.

    I've gotten much better about eating within my calories range...thank God!

    I hope you are doing great! How's school going for you? Are you back on track with calories?
