    It really doesn't take all day to plan for a few good meals and get some minimum exercise in. Those are the most important habits to have. You don't have to eat perfectly healthy meals all the time. That kind of burden is what often sends us over the edge. Just do your best to eat routinely and avoid a lot of random eating. If you're eating good meals that include at least one thing you find delicious, it's easier to see that you aren't really missing out by getting too full eating extra food before you're really hungry for the next meal.
