    Hi MISSUNGGY! I just added you as a Spark Friend. I have fallen off the wagon and gained back 45 of the 58 pounds I lost on Jenny Craig. I came across your sparkpage and was motivated to get back on track.

    I will be posting more and keeping up with your progress. I think that helps a lot. I haven't posted in a while, but am back now! Oh by the way, I am 69 and still working. Plan on retiring in about 3 years (or sooner if I get fed up). Work is hard now because everything is computers, computers, computers. I am looking forward to getting to know you as my new Spark friend.

    I have not posted for 396 days, I have gained 15 pounds, always, always try. I was so happy to find my post here on SPARK. Forward MISSNUGGY, forward!!!!!

    I now have a membership with Silver Sneakers, I go to a place called Maximum Fitness to exercise, it is a BIG twist in the road for Miss Nuggy. Never before in my 76 years have I made an attempt to exercise on purpose. The school system made me when I was in high school, it was called PE. Now when it comes to fun movement, I love dancing and was at one time great at doing the jitterbug. In my culture the polka is very popular and a person can really get in gear doing that dance. I have had both knees replaced so I am down to The Texas Two Step, and the waltz. That just won't do what my body now needs, I have a choice to make. Exercise or don't exercise. I have chosen to do so. I will go into the details at a later date. I am what you definitely would call inactive. I have been to Max Fit three times now, today I rode the stationary bicycle 15 minutes, peddled really fast and walked on the tread mill for 15 minutes to equal half a mile. My Nurse Practioner wants me to exercise 30 minutes a day; this is real progress for Miss Nuggy.

    I'm back. I still have my 100 pounds off and now want to loose more weight. Have had some difficult times while I was gone. Back on track. I will record a 5 pound loss. Maybe that's not the way to do it but that is my way. My challenge is to exercise, I will try to make myself do that. I now am 76 and healthy, I have tons of reasons to live a long life, I love my family.
