"If you are tired of starting over, quit giving up." That pretty much sums it up. I'm back. Recommitted. Recommitted in December. I want a jumpstart on all the January resolution makers. Losing weight isn't about having a resolution to talk about. It is about saving my life. I am not willing to give into diabetes without a fight! New Mantra: Think fit! Get fit! Stay fit! Never give up on a dream just because it will take time to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway. ~ Earl Nightingale I go up.... I go down. I get stressed and miss exercise sessions. I am the queen of procrastination. But, everyday is a new day and everyday is a new opportunity to begin again.

Fitness Minutes: 4,475

My Goals:
1) Keep it simple.
2) Exercise at least 5 day a week. Something, anything everyday.
3) Be able to fit into the entire wardrobe that I have packed away in boxes. (2 sizes smaller)
4) Stay the course. Write, read, stay motivated to continue on a healthy path.
5) Have fun! We only get one go around. I want to enjoy it!

My Program:
Primal/Paleo (80/20)

Gluten free
Grain free
Limited dairy

LOTS of veggies, fish and lean meats!

Oh, and bananas. Because, I love my morning banana!

    Thanks so much for stopping by my page and sharing the goodie! I just noticed it this morning...10 days later. LOL I am so busy I stop in daily to log my food and exercise and check into Sparkcoach and do the occassional blog. Don't always get a chance to read my homepage. You go Girl!!! So excited for you and all the healthy changes you are making in your life! Let's do this! Stay focused and keep taking the very best care of yourself and we will acomplish our goals.
