Consistency is a foreng word in my life but it's the lesson of my life I've purposely put to myself in attaining. Skool and work is something that takes up a very high amount of my time. It has worked for me to just do the best I can, Squeezing as much exercise as I can, even if it's 5 min now and then laters. It has paid off because I lost 10lbs since the last time I was here in SP and it's been a total of 20lbs, It's been a slow but steady road and I'm about to bump it an extra kick more. Let's see how far this takes me. I'm a very happy, funny, goal-oriented, laid-back person. Sometimes my work and school it's a bit confusing making a clear line of what's professional and what not but I'm getting there. Don't have a special someone, I have a whole bunch of them, and I love them all. I might grow to learn more of you and get to know the wonderful person you are. Have a nice day... ciao...

My Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water

2. Take a bite and drop my folk while I'm chewing

3. Have 3 snacks

4. Exercise at least 3 days a week for now

5. Place life changes not start a diet


My Program:
Done with Fast Track and starting Stage 2 woo hoo!! Counting calories and keeping track of the ones I burn. Giving good motivation to my spark friends when in need because I never know when I'm gonna be having a bad day.

You can also visit the freedieting website that has a calorie calculator, to help calculate your 7-day calorie cycling numbers, make sure to read through the entire page since there's a lot of great information,

    Just don't forget to coincide your higher intensity workouts with your high calorie days, the lowest calorie day is usually your rest days, everything else is normal cardio.
