When you improve a little each day, eventually big things occur. Not tomorrow, not the next day, but eventually a big gain is made. Don’t look for the big, quick improvement. Seek the small improvement one day at a time. That’s the only way it happens – and when it happens, it lasts.

“You've been given the innate power to shape your life...but you cannot just speak change, you have to LIVE change. Intent paired with action builds the bridge to success. You can't just want it; you have to do it, live it...BE it! Success isn't something you have, it's something you DO.” ― Steve Maraboli

We're thinking the same things on the veggie board! Sorry my vegan recipe is SO not a recipe, I have no memory of where it came from. But if it sounds gross, don't make it, I seriously wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I was just happy to find it in my list because I forgot that I like it hahahaha. When I did the nutrition it was 99 calories for one quarter of the total, with 10 g of protein, so it's helpful when I need protein. emoticon

    SERVES 4
    12 oz Mori nu Tofu
    10 oz Spinach (frozen)
    1 tbsp Tahini, Imported
    2 tbsp Tamari Soysauce
    1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

1 heat spinach, mix in everything else

JENNA, I am doing ok. I know I have dropped out of most of my Teams. I have a nice time with other people and I am no interest about challenges, unless it is a personal one.
I have been here a long time and I have people I correspond with daily.

I hope you are still having a great time with your music.
Did your music students march or walk in the Fourth of July Parade.
Two sons were always marching in the parade. The Oboe player would not go outside he made his reeds and it was a hard job for him.
Our youngest son was playing the trombone for 13 graduations at CONY he was sitting in the band and he had to walk from the orchestra to get his certificate an walked back.
After school he did two more POMP and Circumstance. That year his music teacher went to Cape Cod school and so our student gave it up.
I am hoping you are doing well with your musicians. Those kids loved band and they were would do anything for their instructor.
Thanks for keeping in touch, I appreciated to see you on my page.
I love Spark, Thanks Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon
