We're thinking the same things on the veggie board! Sorry my vegan recipe is SO not a recipe, I have no memory of where it came from. But if it sounds gross, don't make it, I seriously wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I was just happy to find it in my list because I forgot that I like it hahahaha. When I did the nutrition it was 99 calories for one quarter of the total, with 10 g of protein, so it's helpful when I need protein.
