Well when I started Spark People I was just trying to loose weight that I gained due to a riding injury. I think at this point it has just become an excuse to be lazy and I really need to stop making excuses. I'm going to have to start small and work up. I'm going to use the blog as a way to document my progress. Hopefully this time I'll keep up with it! Wish me luck!!

Fitness Minutes: 1,178

My Goals:
1. Loose 30 pounds by Nov. 2013 (weigh 110 lbs).
2. Focus on eatting clean and training hard.
3. Work out at least 5 days a week.
4. Focus on being happy.

My Program:
I friend Jenny and I have been working out almost everyday at a Planet Fitness. Along with workout at the gym I have been ordering home workout videos off of netflix and doing those on the days we can't make it to the gym. The Planet Fitness in our area also offers tanning, massages, and a VibraShape machine. Jenny tans while I do the Vibrashape machine. This machine is supposed to be a light workout and it helps your blood circulate and helps to reduce cellulite. I will be doing this as much as I can during the week. Looking forward to the results!

My name is Emily. I am orginally from New Orleans, LA but I moved to Canyon, TX for college. I have since graduated and am living in Canyon with my boyfriend James. I work for a family company and I work my own hours from the home. I am hugely envolved in the equine world and am planning to open a barn in Austin TX in the future. Fitness is really becoming a huge part of my everyday life and I am thrilled with my new attitude on life! If you have any questions feel free to ask!
