Hello everyone, my name is Amy. I am 43 years old and have two kids in their early 20's. I have some depression and more recently have begun to have anxiety. Lately I have been asking myself questions, am I worth it? What's the point? I need to figure out how to feel good again.

My goals...hmmm. Well i guess my goal is to learn to be a little more selfish in a way. To learn to pay more attention to my needs and wants. To live a healthier lifestyle, to get more exercise, and to lose about 50 pounds.

My name is Amy, i am 38 today - WooHoo!!! I have two beautiful teenage children: the oldest is 18 and lives with his father, the youngest is 15 and she lives with me. I was in a bad marrage for a long time, then about 5 or 6 years ago the love of my life (or so i thought) decided he wanted a new life - so he went to stay on his "friends" couch (whatev...) and he has been living with her since. My kids and i went through some very hard times. We went through a sortof homeless time due to their fathers lack of monitary obligations, which led me to sending the kids to live with their father - the hardest thing i EVER had to do. Then i met the most wonderful sweetie in the world (or at least my little part) and when we moved in together, i gave my kids the option of eather staying where they were or comeing back with me - 1 came home, 1 stayed. That was about 3 or 4 years ago...

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    I hope you haven't felt the support was one sided. I am a very busy person and haven't had the time to be on the pages much to visit and chat with my friends or send goodies and such. Do not be offended I've only had time to track my own progress let alone make much in the way of posts in the groups I"m in... with a full time job and other things going on please do not think I don't support you ... I've just not had the time to be very social here ... I have a few things going on at once. between work, studying and being a single person having to do everything for myself I'm amazed I can even do much for myself on here.
