Introduction Text We are all here with the same journey in mind, getting healthy. For Some that means weight loss. For others getting more exercise. Or maybe you just want to improve your eating habits. And for some, a bit of all the above. Our destinations may be the same, but the journey it's self can be as individual as we are. No matter what path we choose there will be bumps. I feel the most important part of our journey is to be able to continue on after encountering those bumps. No one said it would be easy. If it was, none of us would be here in the first place. Hold your heads high and look to the future. There is a healthier happier you there!!

1) My biggest goal is to get my health in tip top shape. 2) Make some new friends. 3) To give and get support from my new friends.

My program has changed many times. I struggled to find the right formula" for me". What works for one may not work for another. My conclusion... Lifestyle change. It takes a balance of both mind and body. You can work hard to lose all the weight you want and succeed. But if your mind is not 100% with you and your success of weight loss, you will gain it all back eventually. You have to change the way you take care of yourself. You are the most inportant person in your life. Taking care of YOU will help you care for the others in your life. Make YOU #1



I'm Tracey. I live in Michigan way out in farm country. The kind of place you see in the movies where your neighbors are a mile away. I love it here. It is so peaceful. We get some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see. On a clear night the stars go on forever!! On a not so clear night, my husband and I love to watch the storms come in. You can see them coming from miles away.
