its a new year and its time for new goals! My journey of weight loss started on January 2, 2009. I weighed 252 and was a size 22. Its now a year later and i am currently at 173 and a size 12!! I lost 54 inches total from my body. i am still amazed that i was able to stick with it this long. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week with no excuses believe me, i try. I am struggling to get this last 27 pounds off. So, i am going to challenge myself to look over my food choices and exerise routines to see what i can change. Well for the past few weeks i fell off the wagon so do speak.. I wasn't keeping a close eye on my food choices and i was starting to make excuses not to go to the gym. After only gaining 5 pounds (thank god) i found myself back on track and back on sparks people. I haven't been logging on for a while now, thinking i had everything figured out. The only thing i figured out is that i need to post and log my food choices every single day.. Its a new day and a new outlook. Wish me luck..

My Goals:
My main goal is to get into the best possible shape i can so i am able to run, jump, and play with my kids and have the energy to keep up.

My Program:
I eat 5 small meals a day. i also work out 6 days a week alternating from cardio to strength training. I do have a cheat day every Friday and i eat one delicious greasy fattening meal and i don't feel guilty about it.

Personal Information:
I live in Michigan and i am happily married with 5 beautiful kids. I am also a preschool teacher and im currently in college to finish my degree for Early Childhood Education.
