Introduction Text hi, i'm new here!! i’m an italian working mom, in my 40’s, trying to lose 14 pounds!!I Mirtilla is "italian" for fruit "blueberry")..first of all forgive my english, i can read and understand it very well, but when i write I often make mistakes or misspellings!!I have 2 beautiful children, a girl , she will be 8 in Nov, and a boy, he will be 6 in January. I work a part time job in IT (6 hours) and, like many of you my day is very full, so I definately have a hard time fitting in time for myself and so decided to wake up earlier (5.10 from mon to fri) to exercise at least 40 minutes, alone in my home,with the help of dvds like Watp,Denise Austin , Pilates or some download bought from exercise-tv (now i0v seen a lot of nice videos here on Spark). I's very hard but it's worthy, my body is changing, losing inches and kilos...after workout, j have breakfast, shower and then at 6.40 begins my day of mother-wife-worker-friend-daughter...and so on!! see you soon on this wonderfil website!! uMirtilla

Go From 68 to 61 by 10/16/2008 , eat 3 meals and 2 snacks in a clean way, i use to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but i like also pasta!!!
