My Goals:
*To be fit, healthy and happy!

My Program:
 * Walk at least 12,000 steps 5 days a week
* At least 30 min kundalini yoga every day
* Weekly strength training and cardio
* Plant based whole food diet
* Log food and make healthy choices


Personal Information:
I'm 50, married with 2 lovely kids, and 3 gorgeous cats.
I love yoga, nature, birds, cats, walking, reading and drinking tea!
I also like to take pictures, and the photographs in my gallery are all mine (except the ones of me!)

    Hi Minnie, thank you for stopping by. Love your page too so pretty. Glad you are doing well and the kids have gone back to school and are home for break and no more home schooling. Almost back to normal out there. Hope you can go on a vacation soon.
    We are all doing well and keeping busy with more home projects. I am tired today and my allergies are bothering me. But feeling just fine.
