Today, April 2, 2018, I gave myself a weight loss audit. It said - you have lied to yourself for most of the positions in a healthy lifestyle.

- You exercise irregularly and still think it's 5 times a week although it's not;
- you haven't challenged yourself foe YEARS;
- you eat a healthy breakfast, and then feel so healthy, that you eat whatever you want for the rest of the day;
- you track the breakfast once a week and think it's enough to be a person who takes care of herself.

Sure, I am blessed that I have easy access to healthy food, I AM running at least a couple of times per week, and I AM aware of things holding me back. I just want more action in my life. I have the same goals for 4 years and my weight is standing still - surely, it's a good thing it's stable, but I KNOW I can more! I can more, I want more. I want to be my best self.

So, I have a challenge for myself.

One year. Every day I write a blog post with what I HAVE done for healthy lifestyle, and how I challenged myself. 3-5 sentences.
I give myself one year to finally reach my best self, because I know I can and surely have deserved it from all of my heart. Just as everyone else. We deserve to live the most exciting life we can. Go for it!

Fitness Minutes: 18,157

My Goals:
To balance healthy eating and fun, moderate exercising as a habit, so that my weight comes off a pound per week.


My Program:
Consume around 1500-1750 calories per day

Excercise four days per week:
2 times strength training
2-3 days cardio

Jogging first thing in the morning for 15 minutes every day

Eat veggies or fruits as snacks

Drink 8 glasses of water daily
