I have tried and tried to drop the weight, but always end up putting it all back on. I want to get lower in weight than I can ever remember being and stay their, but I need help and support to do so.

It's silly the way life works sometimes. When I was actually at a half decent weight I always thought I was fat and now...what I'd give to be back at that weight again!

So much for that, but I'm going to work hard and see just were that gets me in the next six months.

Feb. 17 = Down 13 lbs
March 2 = Down 14.6 lbs, 7" on waist, 6" on hips, 1" on Neck
March 9 = Down 17 lbs, 7" on waist, 6" on hips, 1" on Neck
March 16 = Down 20 lbs, 8.5" on waist, 8.5" on hips, 1" on Neck
April 11 = Down 23.8 lbs, 8.5" on waist, 8.5" on hips, 1.5" on Neck
April 20 = Down 25.4 lbs, 9.5" on waist, 8.5" on hips, 1.5" on Neck
April 22 = Down 26.2lbs, all same
April 24 = Down 27.2lbs
April 29 = Down 28.4lbs,10.5"on waist,9.25"on hips,1.75"on Neck

April 30 = Down 32lbs lost the competition by 3lbs!!! :(

But hey...still lost 32 lbs...that's a winner to me!!!

May 11, 2009 -
Well I'm still going. Down 32.6lbs, 13" on waist, 11.5" on hips and 1.75" on neck. I have also started to measure my thighs, but don't have any loses their YET. I wish I would have done it from the beginning, but it's better later than never!!!!
Only 7.4 more lbs and I have earned myself a Massage!!!!! Can't wait!!

Down 34.4 lbs and counting! I'm working hard and can't wait to be in a size 14. I can't remember being a 14 since high school...10 YEARS ago! Another 10-15 and I should be there or very close too! Wish me luck!

Fitness Minutes: 13,876

My Goals:
30lbs = April 30th
(April 30th - 32lbs down - goal achieved)!

45lbs = June 30th

70lbs = September 30st

When I hit the September Goal that will the lowest weight I can ever remember being (at least when I actually cared).

180's HERE I COME TO STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(or lower than 180)

Also ride my bike to work at least once a week come nice weather. A little over 14miles one way...I'm all over that...can't wait for the weather to do it in.

My Program:
I'm counting calories, but trying to make better more filling choices as I go.

Doing 45 minutes of cardio at least 5 times a week.

Lifting arms, legs and back at least once a week each. At least four different sets each.

Personal Information:
I grew up in the town of Punxsutawney Phil the home of the Ground Hog = Feb. 2nd. Yes it's the only thing that puts Punxsy on the map.

I now live about 2 hours away from there in a State College,PA. WE ARE.....PENN STATE!!!!!!!!

I live with my boyfriend, our two dogs and cat (see pictures). I love them all!!!

Other Information:
I love reading, playing sports, working out, crafts and playing with my pups!!!

And spending time with Jeremiah.
