    Hi and thanks for the friend add! I read a little about you. And if you don't mind, can I ask why you are waiting until you lose like 40 pounds until you start Turbo Jam? Just so you know, I was doing Turbo Jam when I was heavier than you. You can do it now and get your results even faster. Turbo Jam (and now it's big sister Turbo Fire) has been my go-to workout for about 1 1/2 years. I do other things too, like jog now that I'm in good enough shape, but seriously, Turbo Jam is modifiable. Unless you have some physical injury or something like that which would prevent you from doing it, I think you could start it now and start it slowly and work your way up.

    Just wanted to put that bug in your ear. I do happen to be a Beachbody coach, and I've lost 100 pounds myself, so I've been there, done that, and Turbo Jam is a "get the job done" program. Let me know if you have any questions or could use any help in anything!
