My name is Kristin. I have just got married last year. I have lost about 25 pounds before I got married and want to go down another 25. My husband is very supportive and wants to see me meet my goals.
I really enjoy keeping busy. At the moment we are fixing our house and it is crazy. We have yet to install the kitchen cupboards and they are all over my house. Making exercise impossible in the house.
I really need to stay motivated with exercise and eating right!
I am 22 years old and would like to feel good about my body.

I have really stareted eating much more MUFA's and trying to eat healthy. So far starting sparks I have lost 4 pounds. I am excited to get down to a healthy weight and to try new things. I am also glad for my new buddies on here that help me stay motiveated to reach my goals.

Starting weight with Sparks is 168.5 pounds... YUCK!!!
I want to be 135 By November 2007 Obviously if the weight comes off quicker that is great too!!

I have started eating clean so I am going to work with that! I feel so much better not putting all processed food and junk into my mouth. Plus my bank account is looking good not going out for food all the time.

Loosing the weight is harder then I thought. Right now I am stuck at 160 and the scale doesn't seem to be moving. I want to loose 5 pounds a month.

Breakfast - Hot Cereal Oatmeal, Ground Flax seed, Fruit (berries) or (raisins) 1L or water

Snack- Fruit, Veggies, Yogurt,Protein (chicken sandwich)

Lunch- Carb, Protien (mosly chicken, lean meats) Veggies, Fruit

Snack- Fruit, Veggies, Nuts, Yogurt, Protein

Supper-Protein (Chicken, Lean meats) Carb, Veggies, Starch (potato, brown rice)

Occational Dessert- Skinny Cow Icecream bar, Fruit

No eating after Supper

Treat is ONE thing a week, (icecream, chips, popcorn, etc.)

Exercise June 15 Min Per Day 5 Days a week.

Strength Trainin 3 or 4 Times a week.

No Pop

Green Tea and Water (unless it is a treat day)

Personal Information:
I am from Canada!!! Love being Canadian just like everyone loves being from where they are from.

I am newly married, or anniversary is coming up very soon:)

Exercise and eating right is not something I am use to!

I love shopping and getting new things, hair cuts, makeup, clothes, SHOES!

    You have come to the right place for information, support, motivation and ideas. My first advice would be to learn your food/fitness trackers well and then USE them. They will get you and keep you on track. Then find a team or two that meet your goals or interests and then become active on them. Motivating others will certainly motivate you. If you have any questions, just ask through spark mail or give a shout on one of the message boards and someone will come running!! I wish you well on your journey. Good luck
