Mikaeela is taking steps to a slimmer me!
My journey towards my goals has been really long and has had its ups and downs. Every pound is lost with a huge effort, but somehow after a year and a half they come back. And I start it all over again. This time I am determined to keep those lost pounds off of me for good!
I love running and walking. Last fall I ran my first half marathon in 2h17mins. I was really proud of myself as I completed my goal successfully! This fall I plan to run my second official half marathon and also ...

Now I need to get rid of my excess weight in order to be in the shape of my life when I run my first marathon. :)

My Goals:
To achieve my ideal weight and fit and toned body by controlling what I eat and exercising regularly.
My Program:
I have excluded wheat, rye and barley products from my diet. Also I eat sweets rarely, to say almost never. :) Drinking lots of water during the day is also an important part of my program.
Personal Information:
I am a mother to two most wonderful boys. We live in Estonia, Europe. :)
