100 lbs gone FOREVER


After 10 years of losing weight the old fashioned way (eating better and exercise), I reached my goal weight...am I done? Nope, I am forever a fat person, I will forever fight the urge to overeat. I will forever find new ways to keep motivated!

My Goals:
I'd like to get the 16 pounds off that I've regained... in 2011.

To INSPIRE someone to believe they are WORTH it

To make someone laugh at me

My Program:
 I follow WW points plus. I don't go to meetings, just track everything myself. I lost 106.2 pounds on WW... it works for me.


Personal Information:
I am from Moreno Valley, CA. I am married with 3 brats. My oldest brat is married, the other 2 are rotten teenagers.

We have 2 dogs that are spoiled too.

Other Information:
 I am very routine.... and I like it that way. I always told people that I am spontaneous...truth is: I'm NOT. I don't move, change jobs, get new friends. I'm very outgoing and fun. I love to make people laugh, I'm such a smartass, but I just love my routines...

    Love your statement on your page--about how you will forever be fighting your weight. I need to remember that as I get close to my goal. Right now I'm frustrated cause I can't lose this last 3-4 pounds and get to 160. But then I realize, it's going to make absolutely no difference in how I look or in how I eat or exercise. Everything will be the same. Congrats on maintaining for so long, everytime I buy new clothes, I wonder if I will still be able to wear the item in another year. I PRAY that I can maintain like you have. You are an inspiration!
