My Life Improvement Page-2017
I am a strong woman in my mid-30's who is improving my life. I lost 40 pounds in 2015, 10 pounds in 2016 and will lose another 25-30 pounds this year. I am struggling some with maintaining healthy habits as it is easy to slip into bad habits from the first 30 years of my life.
In the last 2 years I have completed 4 sprint triathlons and a half marathon and a metric century bike ride (64 miles) on October 23, 2016.
In 2017 my goals are to start a Doctorate ...

Update 1/16/2017- Today I received notification that I was accepted to Grad School as a nurse practitioner. I'll start the program April 2017.

I WILL weigh less than 215 pounds by May 31, 2017
I WILL weigh less than 205 pounds by September 30, 2017 (in prep for a fall cruise)
My Program:
1. Strength Train for 15-20 minutes at least twice a week (maintaining strength training is very hard for me)
2. Ride either my bicycle or my spin bike for 10-15 miles at least 3 days a week during the winter 5% challenge, progressing to 20-25 miles at least once a week by the end of the challenge
Take a minimum of 10,000 steps every day
Track in nutrition tracker and drink at least 10-12 cups of water a day (based on my current weight)
