    Hi! Thanks for checking in with me. I'm sorry I've not been better about being in touch. Work has been super busy and the weekends even busier.

    I've been sticking to my eating plan and going to the gym. I try to walk at lunch time during the week if I can (sometimes lunch is eating at my desk while working).

    I've got more than 3000 photos to go through and edit for some weddings and maternity shoots that I've done so that's pretty much been my weekends and evenings for the past month and a half.

    I'll try to be better at checking in and I'm so glad to hear you're doing well!

    Thank you for the suitcase goodie! I hope you are having a good time on your trip. I won't be going anywhere for Labor Day. I am in the midst of planning 3 trips, that will take place over the next 7 months. I can't wait to head out with a suitcase next month!

    You asked how I did with my first lunch out with a former co-worker. I did fine. I ordered a salad that had lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, grilled chicken and a dressing that was vinegar based. I did not have any bread and I drank water. I believe my calorie count was around 460. How are you doing on your program?
