Alright, I have been back several times to get back on track, only to fall off again. It's hard. I have three kids, I'm a stay at home Mom, no gym membership, a major sweet tooth and a few medical issues! But all of that aside, I'm not healthy, I'm too heavy and I need to fix that. With my weight at my all time high I just don't feel well. I'm uncomfortable in my own skin and just feel tired all of the time.
I know how it feels to lose the wight and feel better. I lost 25 pounds right here on Spark a few years ago. I want that feeling back again!
So I am here to give it a try once again. I hope I can find the time and keep the focus so that I can lose this weight and feel better and more importantly show my kids how to be healthy.

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to have better self esteem. I have been so down with the lack of success in my weight loss in the past. I'm 5'2 and any extra weight is very obvious. My ultimate goal is to be down to about 120, but I'm more worried about how I feel than the number the scale screams at me!


My Program:
The calorie counter keeps me on track. I couldn't do this without it. I love doing Tae Bo and using the body ball. I actually love to work out, I just wish I could have the time and money to go to the gym. Instead I do what I can at home with videos and the treadmill.



Personal Information:
I suffer from a couple of medical problems. I have Hypothyroidism, Fibromyalgia and Type 2 Diabetes. I live with a lot of pain and various side effects, but I deal with it the best that I can. Some days are bad, but I have my share of good days too!



Other Information:
My all time favorite show is Grays Anatomy. I like to read murder mystery books, but I find it hard to get time to do it!

    Back at ya'. I'm really struggling right now, and the scale has started to head in the wrong direction. So I can REALLY RELATE to what you are talking about.

    Be encouraged! This is not the end of this story! :} We have many years ahead of us and I KNOW we will be able to look back at this time as a time of overcoming that which holds us back. I am NOT staying where I'm at, and I know you won't either!

    I'm sorry to hear about the rough weeks and you getting sick. That's never fun. This weather is driving me CRAZY! We went from playing at the park on Sunday to more snow on Monday morning! It's enough to make me go insane!

    Anyway, about going to the gym - A bunch of different times would work for me! Sometimes, I go at 5am, but I can only go for an hour then because I have daycare kids at my house at 6:30 (too early!) But if you aren't a morning person or can't do it in the mornings, then I can go anytime after 5pm - the gym closes at 9pm. And on the weekends, I'm pretty open too - they are open from 8am-9pm on Saturday and 1pm-9pm on Sunday. Let me know what would work for you and we should set up a day and time for next week maybe?? Oh, and if you want to come and try a class with me (it would be free for your first time) I go to an awesome body sculpting class (combines some step and weights) on Mondays 530-615pm and Thursdays at the same time. And on Mondays, right after the body sculpting class, is an abs class from 625-645 too! Wow, I am long-winded today! I'll stop now - I promise! Let me know what works for you! I have 4 times that I can bring someone to the gym and I need to use them up so you can have all 4 if you want! Talk to you soon!
