Hi I'm Michelle a 38 year old mother of 2 who's been with Spark people since February 16th, 2006 I need to loose 125 pounds. I started Sparks at 225 pounds and lost just under 60 pounds then fell off of the bandwagon now I'm returning at 234.2 pounds and need to get down to 110 pounds to be at my ideal body weight. I really truly need to buckle down and be 100 % committed & dedicated to my weight loss the only problem is I'm doing it all alone which is hard! Anyways I'm looking for A FEW GOOD SPARK BUDDY'S who'll check up on me at least every other day to make sure I'm on track and doing what I should be doing. If you want to be my buddy PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know I'd LOVE to have you!!!

~~~My Top Reasons for losing weight~~~

1. To Increase myself confidence

2. To be healthy and not have to worrie so much about certain health risks

3. To look better naked

4. To Feel better about myself and actually truly love myself

5. To Shop and wear regular size clothes

6. to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy

7. To Prove to myself and others that I can do this

8. To Look and feel pretty damn fine for the first time in my life!

9. To wear a non plus size wedding dress when I get married

My Successes so far:

1. I'm drinking way more water now then I did when I first started Spark people.

2. I'm actually starting to see some weight loss

3. I exercise more now then I did before Sparks although there's still way more room for improvement

4. I've learned that it's ok to screw up some times then get back on the wagon and try again

My Goals:
- My main goal is to loose 125 pounds to be my Ideal body weight of 110 pounds.

- My mini goal is to loose as much weight as possible in 2018 with my goal weight loss date of December 31st, 2019

- I'm really going to try hard to drink between 12 - 16 cups/ 128oz of water a day!

- I'm planning on working out 6 days a week.

- I'm planning on doing weight training for 45 minutes 3 times a week

- I also really need to try and get 8 hours of sleep a night.

My Program:
My Program is to Go From 234.2 to 110 by December 31st, 2019

I need to Consume
between 1200 and 1550 calories per day

I need to Burn at least 1360 calories per week.

I'm working out to:
Walk Away The Pounds 1, 2 & 3 mile workouts & Walk & Jog With Leslie Sansone and Wii fit/wii fit plus. I'll slowly try to add Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones & 30 Day Shred in to my routine.

Personal Information:
My partner Joseph and I have been together for 16 years now & we have 2 beautiful children Kieran who's 13 and Kaelyn who's 12

Other Information:
I really need a good buddy or two who will be on my butt every day if I slack off!!!
