    hello, how are you? well i have been doing really good on my low carb diet. I havent weighed myself yet, but tomorrow morning I am going to and see what it is. I really have been eating alot of fruits and veggies, but no rice, pasta, or potato's and very little bread. I feel pretty good though, i have been so tired lately though. Not sure why, but i have been sleeping pretty good. Hopefully you wil be able to sleep better soon! let me know how you are doing emoticon

    hi, i have been sick for a couple of days so i did eat more.carbs than i have all week. why do i crave carbs when i am sick? anyhow...i really have't exercise at all but i am doing very low carbs. I don't feel as hungry as i did before. It's getting easier. You did good this weekend. They say not to deprive yourself of cravings but keep small portions. Well tomorrow is a start to a new week so we can just get back to it emoticon

    Thanks for stopping by and for your post on my page. I *AM* still around, and doing pretty good overall. How about you? I'm happy to say I have finally met someone great, and my life is taking a big turn towards normalcy - it feels awesome :)

    so it is another day and i feel like i am starving right now, but i know i am not. It is just a little longer til my lunch hour so i will make it but it sucks! i think i am going to blow up my pilates ball today and start doing stuff on it while we watch tv and stuff at home. I am also going to bring my hand weights out by the couch so that i can at least do something while i watch tv. I should get outside but it is super cold right now, abt 15 degrees, so i will wait for summer for that. I am going to start going to the YMCA soon and join again so i can use the workout equipment there. Small steps, but it will lead to big gaines toward my goal emoticon

    that is awesome that you are running. I wish i could but since my back surgery the dr said walking is best, no running. I went over my calories a little on monday, but the rest of the week has been good. I did think i was going to die tues and wed too, lol! man it is hard but i am determined and i have you to urger me to stay on track. Thanks babe! emoticon emoticon emoticon
