    Thought I'd drop a line after you left some encouragement on my page! ;) Thanks a bunch!
    Somehow, I have become religious about tracking my food...so if you want some pointers, I'm here for you.
    I can tell you that it's pretty easy for me though. I almost eat the same thing for breakfast/lunch every day (I spice it up a little, but it's a combo of the same stuff).

    You can SOOOOO do this. As for encouraging your family...I have been 'encouraging' my husband by eating well and not stocking the house with bad temptations. I'm trying to SHOW him and act like it doesn't matter to me how he eats (which it does), but I figure he's gotta come around to it on his own...and he's getting there (after I've lost 15 pounds, he's jealous).

    I have been pretty well behaved with my food today, and am planning on going to Zumba tonight, yay! emoticon

    Wednesday is my weigh in day too. I works good, because you have the weekend in the middle of the 'week'. That's my theory anyway - hah!

    I gained about a half a pound this week, myself. Not thrilled, but not surprised either, as a giant sized can of cashews somehow got in my cart at the store, and I couldn't stay out of them. I'm not going to buy them again. That's it! I never pass the test with them in the house.

    Hang in there! It takes a lot of small steps to make all this a habit, so focus on the little things, like drinking water consistently. Nothing says you have to drop big amounts right off the bat. You can DO this!

    We ARE doing this!
