My Goals:
- loose 40 lbs in a
healthy and safe way
- Start doing the
activities I really
like doing again like
kyaking, hiking,
climbing , horse
riding and
cycling!!
- Fit into my
beautiful black size
8 dress!!!
- Enjoy seeing myself
in the mirror :-)
My Program:
- 30-60 minutes of
cardio 6x a week
- Weight training at
least 3x a week
- Insanity and Slim in
6 programs
whenever possible.
- walking & cycling
Personal Information:
I live in Northwestern NJ and it is beautiful.
Many hiking and cycling trails close by as well as horse stables.

My Goals:
- loose 40 lbs in a healthy and safe way - Start doing the activities I really like doing again like kyaking, hiking, climbing , horse riding and cycling!! - Fit into my beautiful black size 8 dress!!! - Enjoy seeing myself in the mirror :-)
My Program:
