Introduction Text Hi Everyone! I'm here to finally get on track to improve my overall health. I'm 29 years old married with 2 wonderful children! I gained most of my weight during my first pregnancy when I gained almost 50lbs! Before I was pregnant with my second I had only lost about 15lbs...not good! My second pregnancy was great and I only gained 24bs! I seemed to lose the post baby weight faster the second time, but poor eating choices have left me 50lbs overweight.

- to lose 50+ pounds - to be able to wear a bikini & smaller clothes - to be healthy - to eat proper - to be happy about myself

I will start by exercising everyday and by eating a more balanced healthy diet.
