Introduction Text I found Spark People on day while doing a search for fitness apps for my phone. I wanted a way to keep a record off my workouts as I was doing them. I have to do a PT Test every 6 months for my job. I would wait until about 2 months before test time to get ready for the test. Which was not easy and it made it even harder to pass the test. So in February I made the choice that when I pass the next test I am not going to stop, I would keep on training and eating right. Back in 2006 I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. You would think that after finding this out I would have started then in taking better care of myself. But no I had be hard headed. Back in February I had to go back to the Dr. for a check on my blood pressure and I weighed 255 lbs. Will I decide right then, that was unacceptable. So I started my long journey to weight loss. As of today May 5, 2011 I weigh 233 lbs. My goal is to get my BMI into the proper range.

Weight to be at 190 by March 1 Weekly weight lost Goal: 228 by 5/21 (missed by 1 lbs) 226 by 5/26

Weight Training. Walking. Running. Bike riding.

I am 49 years old and married to the most wonderful woman I know. Between us we have 8 children and 7 wonderful grandchildren. We live in Central Arkansas.
