Start tracking your food on the nutrition tracker to get an idea of where you stand right now, and what you need to do to get in your calorie range. If you aren't already exercising, start. Begin slow and work your way to a longer more intense exercise routine. The fitness tracker will give you links to exercises and exercise demos to show you how to do them. The spark articles will teach you about nutrition and fitness. There are great resources for you here ... take advantage of all of them!
