    You can get where you want to be. Set up goals, an exercise regimine that includes cardio training and weigh training, and a healthy diet regardless of convenience. Do the cardio after the weight training each day, and include interval training in your cardio. The weight training will increase your lean mass which burns more calories, and the cardio will burn lots of calories. You may notice an increase in weight initially, but don't be discouraged. Lean mass weighs more than fat, so you'll just be adding a little lean mass at first. Weight training for women should be lower weight and high reps.
    If you have any questions, I'd be glad to help. Your still very young and you can change your body quicker than those of us over30. Remember positive expectancy, expect good things to happen and they will.
