    Thanks for your encouragement, Maria. I do take a multivitamin supplement. And that's because when I started tracking my foods here, I noticed that oftentimes my calcium, iron and fibre intakes are low. I did ask my mom about CLA and she hasn't really heard of it. She is not a believer in potions, lotions and pills - she recommends good clean healthy eating (chicken, fish, whole grains, veggies, fruit) and vitamins. As for your kids being itchy to get outside, I think we all are, and hopefully the time will soon come where it will be comfortable to be outside without such a nasty chilling wind! Have you tried any classes at the athletic club? How is your search going for childcare for when you go back to work? I am looking for work right now - I'm wanting either an office position or one in a bank, full-time preferred. (I was laid off from the auto industry, so I could do that again but more than likely that'll be hard to find now). I'd like to be here in Tillsonburg, but there is not much available, so I'd be willing to drive to London if the job and pay is right.     How are you doing, Maria? I just wanted to share with you that I had my weekly weigh-in yesterday, and I lost 3.6 lbs, bringing my total weight loss to 20.6 lbs!! I'm very excited and I want to continue this downward trend right to my goal and then stay there! emoticon Have a great weekend! Lori-Lynn

    Hi Maria! Good to hear from you - I know how busy (crazy) life can get! It is so good that you can go to the athletic club at such a reasonable price! Did you make yourself a schedule to go regularly? Varying your workouts will keep your body guessing and keep the pounds moving in the downward direction, right to your goal!
