    Well I gave it up for Lent because I was absolutely addicted to soda! It was my favorite pastime, haha. When I gave up soda friends told me things about it and I did my own research which made me want to stay away from it!

    And I've realized that I feel a lot better not drinking it, it's been 40 days without it and I feel fantastic. A friend of mine was also "observing" me while I was off it and said that my ADHD symptoms went way down, even when I was off my medicine. And a lot of people have noticed my weight loss recently and I mainly think it's because I'm not having 1000 extra calories in a large soda like I used to!

There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log. I started out with 5 lb goals and keep my weigh tracker to reflect those goals..
