I am 38, a nurse and back in school for nursing, dogs, kids , farm, work...and I am fat. No surprise really I have had 7 kids all within6 months of each other...then started school right after...never really had time to loose it. But I am miserable and HAVE to do this...the best of my life is yet to come and I am not gonna wear cover ups forever!!

My Goals:
I just want to feel better about myself. I want to be able to go shopping and not have to get the biggest size they have I don't want the smallest size either just somewhere in the middle.

My Program:
 I am doing yoga on a regular basis and strength training and better diet

    hey there! suppose you are in the thick of your busy season!!! how is it going?!

    Hope you are not eating your stress. I'm back on track after a two week exercise break. I managed to lose 2#'s during that time....but I need to keep exercising....and so I'm back at it again!

    Not much progress on the weight on this end lately...but did get another 18 mile bike trip in.
