Just turned 50 and feeling tired!

My Goals:
I know I need to lose probably about 60 pounds, but realistically, if I could lose just 30 pounds I know I would be healthier and have more energy.
My Program:
Initially I hope to try to get in at least a 30 minute workout about 3 to 4 days a week.
Then build from there to more workouts per week.
Personal Information:
Chicago born and raised.
Currently live in the northwest suburbs.
Other Information:
Republican.
Love to read.
Listen to Conservative Talk Radio.
Think most of the newsmedia is liberally biased.
