    Picture yourself when you were five.... In Fact dig out a photo of little you at that time... and ... tape it to your mirror...

    How would you treat her... Love Her... Treat Her... Feed Her... ???

    How would you nurture her if you were the mother of little you...

    I bet you would protect her Fiercely...

    while giving her space to Spread her Itty-Bitty Wings...

    She'd gets naps... Healthy Food... Imagination Time... and Adventures into the wild...

    If playground bullies hurt her feelings... you hug her tears away....
    and giver her perspective...

    When Tantrums or Meltdowns... turned her into a poltergeist...
    You Demand a Loving Time... out in the naughty chair...

    From this Day Forward... I want you to Extend that same compassion to your Adult Self...

    #1. Being Active one... two... three times.. won't help you lose weight... It takes 12 weeks to see the Results...

    #2. 100 Calories Pack Snacks... or even Rice Krispy Treats... Single Packaged...
    #3. Don't Weigh Often... Go by the way your clothes fit... or Tape Measure...

    #3. Diet Soda has artificial Sweeteners... that Harms the Body...

    #4. Craving Foods... Remember that it will always be there... It's alright if you don't have whatever your craving... You won't miss it... It will always be at the store... and if it's not at the store next time... or it's not at the restaurant your craving.. it won't be a Total Lost... Everything will be Fine...

    #5. Prepacking Meals Ahead of Time... Cook Chicken Breasts ahead of time... for easy access later on during the week... or sort out healthy snacks to remind you of your smaller portions....

    Hello Mrs. Beautiful Young Lady! How are you? I hope all goes well with what your trying to do with the Rugged Maniac emoticon .
    Just stopping by been busy with my graduate degree quarter, taking care of me and my son and so happy that I finished so strong with the Spring quarter and will take advantage of this short break before July 1, 2015 to enjoy, emoticon . So are those beautiful kids of yours enjoying this beautiful weather? My son had already planned where he wants me to take him Hersey's Park, his motivator is the chocolate emoticon , he is a chocoholic, he'll eat chocolate all day if he had his way, Lol!!! So this is a trip we are preparing to go and only a short distance from me, so why not go, right?; besides I will enjoy the rides too emoticon .
    I still been going strong in my exercise routine and in fact I started some neighbors on the same journey, emoticon Inspiring others to take care of their self too goes a long way in reaping great benefits of health emoticon Well Mrs. beautiful lady I am on my end routing for you to keep going and I know that you will do fine in the Rugged Maniac, wow!, look at your self in the mirror every day as a reminder of all you do to keep your self together, hey Girl then that is all the inspiration you need to keep on keeping on! emoticon emoticon emoticon ~ Nayime
