It's time to concentrate on being healthy! I've been over weight for as I remember and I'm ready to lose this weight forever!

I lost over 70 pounds several years ago, and gained it back plus more. It started with going back emotional eating and it all fell apart from there. Then I went back to all my old habits and excuses. And as result, I gained over 90 pounds, my high blood pressure came back and do many other negative things.

I tried getting back on track countless times but never truly had the motivation to be truly committed. I decided there are no more excuses anymore, and there is no reason I can't do this. After several months, I truly found my motivation and I'm ready to be healthy, I'm ready to loose weight and get my life back.

My motivation is my husband who I want to do more active things with and my nephews, niece, and the other kids in my life who I want to see grow up.

One step, One meal, one day at a time, I will reach everyone of My goals!

Never give up on your goals!! No matter how long it takes to reach them! If I can do this, so can you!

Im excited in June to be participating in the Aspire & Inspire June BSG Challenge on Team Radiant Roses. The challenge starts today and runs through the end of the month!
