08/24/2010 Has become a Done girl now I just have to figure what that means when it comes to me.

I know that I am:
Done with being in my 220s as of Monday 08/23/2010
Done with gaining weight

I guess there are other things I hope to be done with which are just issues that I need to figure out and face. I always think of the Biggest Loser where there is this underlying reason why the person is over weight and Jillian pushes it out of them unfortunately I don't know what that is for me but I sure hope during the process of losing weight that I can figure it out and fix the problem so that I will be DONE FOREVER with being overweight and will maintain in a normal BMI.

07/13/10 Back to starting over again with more weight on.

A few months ago I found out that I have PCOS which makes it harder for me to lose weight as well as it is the biggest benefit have helping rid PCOS by losing weight. I have tried to lose weight unsuccessfuly for about a year now and no wonder it hasn't been working. My doctor put me on pills to help with the weight loss and PCOS but they made me feel so sick I quit them after a week. My goal is to learn more about a low GI diet in hopes that if I eat that kind of menu that the weight will finally come off.

It doesn't help that I just got off anxiety drugs that I was on for over a year that helped me gain some of the extra 60 pounds that I added to my already heavy weight.

09/21/08 I am revamping my page to kind of start fresh and pick my new goals. I have currently lost .2 pounds since January wow that sucks. I had lost more but then I have gained it all back so I need to start from scratch.

I am 31 years old 24/7 single mom of a 4 year old son that sure keeps me busy. I work full time, take night classes and work from home as well.

My main goal about losing weight is to feel comfortable in getting pictures of me and my son together so we have something to look back on when we both get older.

My Goals:
Short Term:
-Lose 1 - 2 pounds a week
-Have only one pepsi a day
-Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
-Be more active.
-No late night snacking.
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night

Long Term:
-Get my BMI to be 22.9 at the start it was 37
- Water % 50%
- Body Fat % 20% or lower

My Program:
220 - Done 08/23/10
210 - Goal 9/30/10

    Don't give into your temptations. They are bad and will set you back. You want to move forward, have good habits (like eating your veggies, fruits) and come in here. We all are here for you and other members too.

    I finally figured out how to comment on your page. I'm finding this site really hard to navigate but I haven't had time to sit down and tour around yet. Sorry to hear you're feeling so crappy. I think I'm getting sick again too - already :( I love the virtual model pics by the way!
